Oakman Aerospace signs MoU with NewSpace Systems

Denver, CO. USA; Cape Town, South Africa (May 31st, 2016) – Oakman Aerospace, Inc., USA, Signs Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and is pursuing a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with NewSpace Systems Pty LTD, South Africa.

Oakman Aerospace, Inc. (OAI) and NewSpace Systems Pty LTD (NSS), global leaders in rapid and responsive space systems and services announces that they have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and are in the process of negotiating a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to cooperate in evaluating, designing, developing and producing modular, open-systems architecture (MOSA) systems, spacecraft, space components, and mission/payloads for government, commercial, and academic applications and their related technologies, products, services, and mission solutions primarily in the United States, and across the globe.

OAI and NSS signed the MoU on May 30th, 2016. OAI and NSS are actively pursuing a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) through the United States Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to support the MoU and future MSA/Task Orders.
