Oakman Aerospace, Inc., CO, USA, Signs Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) with ÅAC Microtec AB, Sweden.
Oakman Aerospace, Inc. (OAI) and ÅAC Microtec AB (ÅAC), global leaders in rapid and responsive space systems and services announces that they have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and associated Master Service Agreement (MSA) to develop and produce Modular, Open-System Architecture (MOSA) systems, spacecraft, space components, and mission/payloads for government, commercial, and academic applications.
OAI and ÅAC signed the MoU on September 10, 2013, which was followed by the MSA and its first Task Order (TO). OAI and ÅAC are actively pursuing a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) through the United States Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to support the MoU/MSA and future TO’s. In the interim, OAI is working under an ITAR Exemption Certification signed by the Department of the Air Force, Foreign Disclosure and Technology Transfer Division, Policy Directorate (SAF/IAPD).
